How to get to Pisa, Italy:
- by plane - the nearest airport is “Pisa International Airport (PSA)”, which is just a few kilometres from the venue. “Florence Airport (FLR)” is the main alternative, with many international connections; from there, Pisa can be reached conveniently by tram + train.
City Pisa city centre can be reached from the airports by:
From “Pisa International Airport (PSA)” to “Polo A”
- The simplest option is a taxi, which takes about 10 minutes directly to the venue.
- If you prefer public transport, take “Pisa Mover” from the airport to “Pisa Centrale”. From “Pisa Centrale” you can reach the venue in three practical ways:
- by bus: take bus line “1+” and get off at the stop “Bonanno 5”, then walk a few minutes to “Polo A”;
- by train: take a regional train from “Pisa Centrale” to “Pisa San Rossore”, then walk to the venue in about 5 minutes;
- on foot: the walk from “Pisa Centrale” to “Polo A” takes about 25 minutes.
